Weak description
"My car is making a noise."
Strong description
"There is a grinding sound from the front left when I brake above 30 mph. Started two weeks ago, worse in cold weather. No warning lights."
Use this when they call with the estimate
"Can you explain exactly what's wrong, what part needs replacing, and what the labor charge is — separately from the parts cost?"
