Refund & Cancellation Policy

Car Confident Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all.

After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the plan you selected ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through Account > Manage Billing, and you'll retain Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at carconfidenthelp@gmail.com and we'll review it.
